After-summer Reflexion

After the camp is before the camp

During the reflection day of the office team of The Upper Room, we discovered that this statement is not entirely true.
Of course, the show must go on. The subsequent project proposals are waiting to be written, and the summer camp's post-work must be done diligently. But when we thought about this past summer, we recognized that we took significant steps as an organization and individually. We hosted two camps, led big teams and the finances are settled as well. We are very thankful that NOT everything is just like before the summer. We´re growing, learning and so grateful for so many companions on our way and for many "coincidences" during the process.
